- Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7–10 business days.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Orders are shipped on Mondays or Thursdays.

- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days):
- Orders 1-24.99 is a flat rate of $9.99
- Orders $25.00 to $39.99 is a flat rate of $14.99
- Orders $40.00 -$99.99 is a flate rate of $22.99
- Orders over $100.00 is Free
- Local Pickup (where available): Free with appointment

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the handcrafted nature and hygienic standards of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We’ll happily resolve it with a replacement or refund.
